Independent beauty and wellness professionals, subject to permitted uses, licensing and individual suite suitability.
How large will the suites be?
The preliminary concept includes twelve approximately 120-square-foot suites and one or two approximately 180-square-foot premium suites. Dimensions are not final.
Are suites available to rent now?
Availability, rental rates and opening details have not been announced. You can prepare an inquiry using the interest form below.
Can I customize my suite?
Tenant customization policies will be determined before leasing. Aura's shared spaces are planned to stay neutral and cohesive.
